I just want to say thanks for the service you provided me with yesterday.
It was so refreshing to feel the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of you and your team.
We were having a conversation only at the weekend where we saying how sad it is that there are so few good employers any more and that we have moved to an era from when I was young of always trusting until it was proved otherwise to an era now when sadly we have to mistrust until proved otherwise.
Keep up the good work, my experience with you yesterday has already been reported to Penzance, Plymouth, Cardiff, Wymondaham in Norfolk to Inverness (my family are spread very wide) and of course my friends locally.
